This Field Learning Site was established on 3rd August 2022. The management committee consists of 21 members. The site has a local seed display including seeds for germination and seed exchange (Rice: Dhepo and Madhushail, Spice, Vegetables and local Jute seeds etc). There is also a display local agricultural tools and equipment, as well as good reference for insects and their characteristics.
The site provides training on the following:
• Bio-pesticides
• Organic compost, green manure, vermi-compost, liquid compost
• Integrated pest management and Integrated Crop management
• Training on Agroecology, Climate adaptation and resilience
