The farm is located near Arigilapadi railway station and situated on river bed called Kallaru and also located on the main road from Thirupathi to Kancheepuram.

This women training centre has 2 ½ acre of land with accommodation and class room facilities. We have ducks, goats, dogs, poultry. This farm is organic farm with lot of trees, plants, flowers, ornamental plants. Traditional techniques such as ploughing by traditional is used.
Activities, including trainings offered:
Workshops, meetings, cultural training, training on agriculture, such as preparation of manure, organic compose making, natural pest control, panchakaviyam, vermin compose, kitchen garden, marketing, livestock management, seed bank training, entrepreneurship training, exchange program to organic farms, yatras for seed collection.
With the support from the Society for Rural Education and Development (SRED), the Centre has conducted trainings on Dalit Rights and Land Rights. These have inspired the Dalit women to form collective farms and eventually, organise and mobilise them to assert their entitlements for Land Titles.
